Owned by Woodbine Hospitality, the property will soon be renamed the Allyn Lodge – a nod to Woodbine’s partnership with the Allyns, a local family who once owned The Lodge and have an incredible legacy in the area. Josh Allyn is the founder of Tap Root Fields, a farm using regenerative practices to make high quality products. Produce and other goods from the farm will feature prominently at Woodbine’s latest property, Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, located just across the street from The Lodge.
